Laura Adams

I’m a Pilates instructor with a deep commitment to helping people move better, feel better, and promote long-term well-being. My journey into Pilates began when I struggled with chronic back pain, and through the practice, I not only found relief but also regained strength and mobility. Inspired by my own experience, I became a certified Pilates instructor and have been teaching since 2009. I studied Pilates in San Francisco and earned my certification through Balanced Body, one of the leading Pilates education programs.

I focus on teaching functional movement that enhances everyday life. By improving strength, and coordination, Pilates helps my clients perform daily tasks with ease, reduce pain, and prevent injury. I believe in building a strong foundation for longevity and optimal movement patterns, empowering my clients to move with confidence and grace throughout their lives.

Outside of teaching, I enjoy hiking with my Australian Shepherds and tinkering in my garden. These outdoor activities keep me connected to nature and inspire me to maintain a balanced, active lifestyle. I bring that same energy and passion into my Pilates practice, believing that Pilates is not just a workout—it’s a tool for longevity, better posture, and a healthier, more active life.
